We discuss hypothetical scenarios in this thread
What would happen if the Genghis Khan was never born? There were no ulterior factors leading to Mongol unification at the time so it's very unlikely there would've been someone in his stead. Consequently, the Silk Road would never have been embellished to Europe and Spain wouldn't have had the sufficient capacity to voyage to the Americas, and would not have had gunpowder. In the same vain, the bubonic plague would've never occurred and Europe's social classes wouldn't have rearranged more secularly. How, then, would the Inca and Aztecs have developed?

Truth be told, I just wonder it'd be like if Bismarcks unified Germany didn't fall apart at the hands of Wilhelm and Hitler

Russia wouldn't be a shithole

Haha ok!
What if a giant flying saucer landed on top of the coloseum and deposited a giant cache of automatic firearms complete with billions of rounds.

It's very likely. The autocracy, police state, oppression, you know typical Russian traits were inherited from Muscovites, former Mongol tax collectors and basically oriental despots. Russia would be much better if it was united by the Novgorod republic instead of Moscow
