I can see him and Franco disputing power after they had crushed the republicans, prolonging the civil war.

I can see Spain participating in WWII and getting BTFO, occupied and a ally puppet regime being put in his place after the war, one that would enforce globalism and mass immigration, with nationalist and right-wing parties being outlawed. So basically not much would change.
