We had a thread about Spengler maybe a month ago, and one guy said he had read both volumes of Decline in their entirety, which took him a long time. He didn't recommend reading it, said it was super dense, jargon-y, and with many sweeping claims backed by tenuous evidence. He compared it to reading Baudrillard, and said you would be better off finding a shorter, less jargon-heavy academic summary.
