There are records of the Kentish dialect, which is clearly West-Germanic.

Jutlandic is a dialect of Danish, who moved in after the Jutes left for Britain.

Anglo-Saxon just became a blanket term for all the migrating tribes.

In like in or two centuries after the migration no one could tell them apart anyways. In terms of genetics the continental Saxons and Frisians were the same, Frisian runes are practically identical to what the anglo-saxons used and their art; well judge it for yourself

Jutes aren't considered Norse either. Danes are Norse, it is believed they migrated to Jutland from Scania and Zealand. But mostly Danes are just considered Norse because of their massive influence on Scandinavia throughout history

Norse is basically synonymous with North Germanic (although sometimes it refers to only the West North Germanics, so Iceland, Faeroe, and Norwegian + Danish) excluding the Swedes and such. In truth it really just means North Germanic.

Anglo-Saxons are West Germanics, but the further back in time you go the more all these different sub-ethnicities meld into the common Germanic era and become more and more indistinguishable. For example, Old English used to have an understandable level of mutual intelligibility with Old Norse, and almost total mutual intelligibility with languages like Frisian, Frankish, and Old Saxon.
