I want to get into WWI and II reenacting but i'm not exactly sure where to begin or who I should get in contact with. I live in Michigan and this seems like a pretty great state to do reenactments in.

My girlfriend thought I should get into reenactment and we have a club not long from here. But it's for 18th century stuff. I think I'll join eventually but not until autumn when I get some more money.

I was a Wehrmacht reenactor but changed to a Civil War reenactor.
WW2 has probably the worst reenactments ever. I do not recommend any post 19th century reenactments, they are all shit. If you're an American i highly recommend Civil War or Revolutionary War reenactments. They are the best in the nation.
