Howdy /his/, this is my first post and I'm excited to stop lurking.
I've got what seems to be a simple question, but I'd like a more reliable answer to be able to participate in more conversations about it.
At what point does atheism turn into antitheism? I understand that atheism tends to not take any specific action against theism, as antitheism tends to do so.
Thanks in advance for any insight you can offer me!
Pic unrelated, just something I found that wasn't video game related.

When you go beyond dictionary definitions, and you stop pretending you possess any ability concerning the measurement of other people's beliefs or lack thereof, and you simply look at what people do, then you will know.

Not sure of any ideological details, but I'd say when you start to actively begin to denigrate or debate theists in the public sphere with the purpose of discrediting them. People like Richard Dawkins and Bill Nye strike me as anti-theists. Many atheists might see theism as a force for oppression or might just be a little too edgy and angry and their Christian parents and will trod the path to antitheism. Just an atheist here, myself. If it doesn't blatantly harm anybody (like fucking Islam in this day and age) I don't have a problem with it.

You'll fit in well here.

Thanks! So essentially, don't pretend to have the ability to gauge someone's beliefs, rather look at their actions.

I know too many folks that live that life. Honestly makes me sad.
Anti-theism in the US is a reaction to Christians there who oppose evolution (among other stuff).
Anti-theism in Europe is more a reaction to Islam.
That's my guess.
