I didn't know that Hannibal was a sub-Saharan west African.
14 Diaries of the Great War is a must-see for everyone. It is a 8 episode long docu-drama, with both scenes that are acted based of the real life of real people (Karl Kasser the drafted austrian peasant, Louis Barthas the middle-aged french socialist who fights at Verdun, Vincenzo d'Aquilla the italo-american who ends up in a mental asylum), and historical films or pictures, along with a lot of reports from witnesses. I love this show. It shows the participation of every country, of both civilians and soldiers.
