In terms of percentages or raw numbers? Percentage wise, the battles in the Pacific were extremely one sided with the Japanese almost completely wiped out because they wouldn't surrender until there was a dozen or two left. This of course does not note just how hard fought the battles were, but it fits what you're asking for.
