that's not how it works. english doesn't really work with cases but with position in sentence so a simple identification produces the oblique case although it shouldn't be.
latin is much more strict with cases though, so you can only use ego, or else it's just plain wrong.
"its not me" would be something like "non sum is", assuming this "its not me" is like in the phrase "its not me who does X" because to introduce such a relative clause in latin you would write "non is sum qui X facio".

nah man, that "it" in the english sentence is an english specific thing, it's not universal. of course it's emphatic, but so is "non sum is", or "non sum ea" if you are a girl, for that matter. if you say "non sum id" you are saying that you are neither male nor female and that just doesn't fit the sentence. german also uses "es" in inpersonal sentences but that's germanic.
