Crime has always played a large role in our society. I am very much interested in organized crime and their codes, activities, etc etc.
What crime group I'm history has interested you the most? Why?
For me it would have to be the Russian Mafia. Their evolution and how it coincides with Russian history is fascinating. If anyone could recommend any books on this topic, and good books on organized crime in general, it would be greatly appreciated.

Defiantly the Sicilian Mafia. I'm American of Sicilian descent and Cosa Nostra does hold a very special place in American culture. It's romanticized similar to the Wild West with media such as the The Sopranos and The Godfather.
