God, this whole west/east thing is so annoying.

So, ignoring the eyes, this is a quick edit I tried. What I did was fill in the original bra area with her skin color and then another layer I made the nipple shading. Then take your flag image and warp it around the breast so it curves with the top. I'm using photoshop so there is a command (alt-click between layers) that removes the area of the flag that doesn't overlap the skin tone layer underneath it. Then reduce the opacity.
I doubt it's either the easiest or most effective way to get the effect but I'm still trying to figure out what you're attempting to do.

This took longer than it should have, could have had it done yesterday but I had a place to attend.

Next, I went back to get your No. and noticed you said 2-3. well I equipped +10 stat boosting melons on her without checking back on that. My request consists of two parts, the second part is a bit more complex. I'd be happy for part 1, if you can do part 2 as well, even better.

1) Please remove all the text. The white kanji, the katakana on the red sign, the artist logo on the bottom and those soundwords on their bodies. Please also remove the steam cloud over his head.
