e.g. Most C92 stuff would normally get uploaded in better quality by others, albeit not as quickly. But when you have a bunch of fucktards uploading shit quality scans of everything it discourages people who do a decent job from bothering (why go through the effort?) and all you're left with is shit scans when you otherwise might have had a decent scan... Except in the rare cases someone really, really, really wants to see a decent quality scan uploaded.
