But, Project-H has the same price for books as Fakku.
And look at the differences.
Project-H has sub-par quality when they don't give preferential treatment to books, the covers often get ugly edits and the paper isn't the best.
On the other side Fakku publishes pretty faithful books with good paper, albeit way too sturdy.
The digital is also the same deal, PH has yet to provide content worht rivaling Fakku.

Sadly Project-H doesn't seem to show signs of progressing toward making better stuff and their kickstarters have been disastrous.

I've done this for my own personal use for some artists that never get translated (oddly enough one of them is in Comic Europa but the stuff by him that I like was mainly in Comic Shingeki, oh well).

I always grab raws of the stuff I like, zip/rar them up and store them so if I ever get the urge I can do my own weak translation and know I wont have to ever pay for it. But hey if Fakku comes along and does it for me I'll be happy to borrow their work and pay them "tomorrow".
