Honestly just set your light colors to orange. I don't go too orange because then you won't be able to see the light reflections on the skin (as you can see in pic related, also I'm not using any skin/lighting mods). That's usually what I like to go by.

Also proper light placement is important and can make a pose look even better. That's one thing I still need to practice.

I just move the Tit Gravity option to the right about half an inch, I totally ignore the Softness slider since it leads to fuckery. I slide the gravity far enough so when the girl is on her back her boobs fall to the side instead of pointing straight up like rockets.

The Neo English patch translates most of the UI. The moonrunes you see in the screenshot are from HiR Neo Utility's advance category options. Since I'm using an old version of the tool, the Japanese text is still there.

If you instaled the shortcut plugin that has the POV options press O or you can see the other options with pressing M or N (first activate the menu with S), i don't remember well.

If you installed the POV mod i think it was with backspace.

I had troubles with it my self. Look up IPA mod on the pastebin.Install it,etc. Then drag the .exe of honey select studio to the little IPA needle icon(injector) and it will create an shortcut that will say patch and launch

Then download shortcut plugin from the pastebin and put it in the plugins folder(main honey select folder)

once all that is taken care of, go to the studio and press O or P. this is where it gets weird, The head will disapear from the males body, once that happens angle the camera to the missing head and look at the girl. It will switch to a POV view.

It's somewhat complicated but there is nothing better than prone boning a shimakaze from a POV

The host they use is Axfc unless noted otherwise.
Si_206280 is divided into two parts.
Si refers to the server/uploader the file is on.
206280 is the file number.
Compare the existing file links in the uploader and just replace the file number with the above. The mod has no passwords.

If you're still struggling, go look through the latest futalog honey select archives, the actual Axfc link is right there with instructions on how to download it.
The actual download link is different from the file number.

Before anyone asks why I don't just post a direct link, that's all on you.

which was fucking stupid as the only thing needed to get that link was understanding how axfc works and now the Japs are pissed again.

Guide how axfc works:

1) go to axfc.net
2) find and open the Uploader page (not even in moonspeak)
3) it should be quite obvious what e.g. "Si" means at that point
4) after reaching the upload list, find the upload in that list by looking for the number, or use the format of the uploaded links to construct the link yourself using the file ID

Took me five minutes to figure that out.

I would imagine so, but that would come down to the scene author's effort. Some can't be stuffed and you can't fault them on that due to how time consuming it can be to get it perfect. If they want to go that extra step and animate it, that's great! But don't go expecting every scene to be animated.
