This method only really works on censors that are white/black and transparent already.

Black transparent censor bars "kinda" work, but usually messing with the color values turns the area "under" the censor too bright, thus necessitating redrawing, but with white transparent censors, playing with the value can remove just enough of it to get a clearer picture of whats underneath...

If that made any fucking sense at all.
