There's no need to ask for permission to reupload. It's not like they own the work.

On a related note, RJ119156's entry on HVDB had this readme included with it. Which means either someone reuploaded it to their own mega without "ASKING FOR PERMISSION" (which is good), or they just copied the mega link from that guy's blog.
