Ah crap. GGMod half works. It doesn't work well in scenes, the shoes don't get the high heel effect applied and you can't use the tab key to get the characters down to normal level. Works fine in the studio though, I think.

Well at this point out of 45GB of mods, everything is working in my game again with the exception of 4K diffuse, translations, and eyelash/pube additions. Just had to make a few ID changes and everything is golden again. Not so sure what all the fear mongering is about.

Neo breaks wide slider I think, but supposedly there's an update. I haven't updated wideslider yet. It also breaks a few of the Roy mods, but only because there's list file conflicts and they rely on wideslider. The first time you run Honey Select Party it runs through a conversion process with may or may not kill your wideslider cards from what I've gathered, but you might get around that by just removing the cards from their folder the first time you run it.

There were a fair amount of hair/clothing/accessory conflicts for me. You can solve this by editing the list files with SlotID, but if modders fix their shit in the future you may find that other people's cards don't work properly for you.

The biggest loss is studio item mods, but I think that those will be fixed fairly quickly. It's possible that a new version of HiR will fix those without you needing to re-download every mod. I haven't run HiR since installing Neo because I don't want to risk breaking all of my list files.

Updating to Neo also broke the watermark remover as well as GGmod. Neo isn't compatible with the advanced IK studio mods and shit. It might break those for the old studio but I haven't actually checked.

This is my first Hgame I've played longer than 30 minutes before uninstalling.

Neo is a separate program, but the copying over everything on the discs will overwrite your Honeystudio data folders and kills mods like skintex, gg, advanced ik, the thing that let you filter cards while adding them to a scene, and the ass jiggle thing. I don't know about the actual game because

If you followed Ducks way of installng, there is no poses or new animations, and everything you had before will work. There is no changes to the .exes so wideslider and ggmod will still work as intended.

It is purely just clothes, accessories, new skin and tattoos, new hairs and eyes, and that's it afaik. Not sure there was anything added to the studio at least from what I have seen.

The only thing dlc breaks is the Illusion Plugin Architecture(https://github.com/Eusth/IPA/releases) which loads the plugins. This is the reason why ggmod/shortcutsmod/wideslider...etc, they just don't get loaded by the game.

How does this work? IPA injects additional code to honeyselect/"blahblah"_data/Managed/Assembly-CSharp.dll, and then game is able to load plugins.

So there is no need for modders to update their plugins. the "Eusth" dude just need to update the IPA and the "best waifu dressup sim" will be save and all the wankers will remain at peace since then.

The cool thing is that this Assembly-CSharp.dll and the rest of the game is written in C#, so it takes seconds to decompile the files(heh). Ama C# codemonkey myself, i've decompiled this file and compared to the working one, it just needs couple of lines, but i fail at compiling it back again.

So let the author of IPA know about this. His mod can't add this additional code to .dll

So if you have github/animesharing/hongfire account please let him and community know about this

Anyone else have this problem? Text doesn't render in my NEO studio for some reason. It does work for my character and outfit cards but nothing shows for poses or some options. Am I missing a font or something?

4K Diffuse + Graphics have been updated. Also HiR Neo is out. Just need some translations and we are back on track.
