I don't think any of them are actually bad. Always nice to have a fap to your favorite artist's work with some nice voices over it. But they are almost never worth writing home about either because of limited budget, throwaway plots made up on the fly to pander to artist's specialty etc.

Neromashin's VN is the best recent example. Pretty cool but nothing more.
