check the modprefs.ini settings in UserData. Under [HSStudioAddon]. If "StoreDatainPng" is equal to "true", try making it "False". True setting means it's saving the xml data directly onto the png, which is cool, but sometimes doesn't work when there's lots of data to encode.

You might also want to upgrade to the latest version if you haven't already.

HF and the Pastebin have tons of additional maps anon. Might help if you actually looked.

The lighting in studio uses one light source, controlled by the sliders. The main games editor uses multiple lights as a source to light all angles of a character. You can add more of them in studio with the lighting mod, which should also be in the pastebin.
