Thats alot of money to spend on just jerking off. I have both Oculus and Vive, and to be honest I don't use either for VR porn that often.

I find the Vive to have a better tracking system, but it depends on what you are doing. Oculus works just fine for sitting and pounding off, since you just have one camera to point at yourself and go. I use it mostly for 360 video 3dpd stuff.

Vive trackers you have to mount on your walls somewhere, but if you are going to be using an onahole with honey select/custom maid 3d it tracks the strange positions you will be in to match the game animations more easily than the oculus.

For oculus tracking cameras you must have them run a USB cable to your computer, where as with the vive the tracking lighthouses only need a power outlet. The oculus needs 2-3 USB 3.0 ports depending on how many tracking cameras you use. It also is very picky about the type of USB drivers.

The vive is a bit heavier, and the oculus head strap with built in headphones is nicer to just throw on. The vive is getting an updated headstrap with built in headphones some time this year.

So really not much of a difference. I would recommend the Vive overall. I find the tracking to be better than oculus/touch, and the chaperone system easier to set up. If you are familiar with steam you will easily figure out the steamvr interface.
