I got a job offer, the old one paid shit. Extending the old contract to only a certain point was not possible, so I had to left months before I would actually go start working there. In that time I didn't do much lifting or anything else. Then the move happened, I ran stairs up and down, moved furniture from A to B. Feet started to hurt in that time, and they didn't stop hurting.

And stock up on ginseng and start eating a lot of protein make sure your foot doesnt get cold that triggers numbing and in turn pain...
