It seems you don't grasp the definition of the word. 同人 basically means self-made. 同人誌 is a self-made and self-published magazine, which mostly includes parodies of other established franchises like Touhou, Naruto, Kancolle, etc.

As far as I know, Fakku only translate and decensors magazines that Wani publishes, such as X-eros, Kairakuten, Kairakuten Beast, etc. which are all original stories and characters and no, there are no parodies in those magazines since they can't cash in from other people's intellectual property.
