It's actually pretty easy to install. Just DL the game and all the fucking DLCs as well as the Act shit, install everything (ACT first) then patch it. After that you only have to get the translation patch wich runs on an .exe (easy as fuck) and then run Reipatcher to enjoy the game.
You should probably uninstall Reipatcher and reinstall it properly.

Man, fuck transfer limits on Mega. I work 12 hour days, but this shit keeps running over the limits so I've gotta baby it my entire waking at-home hours or it'll take me weeks to get done. Don't use that torrent anon, it won't work. If your game don't work it's probably mods. I can't understand how you guys have a hard time with it, just use logic : Big Ass DLCs first, in release order (Visual Pack, Plus Pack, Plus Pack act 2, new personality add-on), then add all the other DLCs.

The updates come last as the Plus Packs already update the game. Once you're finished with all the DLCs just use the last update released and throw the HF patch on top of it. It's not fucking rocket science.

And verify that your game is working before adding mod, because they can break your game.

Some DLC is encrypted. Use the included update.exe to install it. Because it's encrypted just copying it over doesn't always work.

The all-in-one installer plan didn't work for whatever reason so I decided to install the DLCs one at a time, which is ridiculous. Then the game stopped working after I put in the Monthly packs. Also had to make switch read-only off on some of the Preset Files to make Presets work at all before that. Jesus, this game is frustrating. Anyone got any advice on installing the DLC? Use Window's search to search for "update.exe" and it'll display the update.exe files of all of the DLC you have. Then just double click on each one to install them all. Saves you the trouble of having to open and close folders.

Mods usually don't ever break anything unless their file name has something weird in it, like an illegal character.

Plugins can cause problems, but usually their readme file'll give some insight on which game update they're supposed to work with. Just copy and paste it into bing.com/translate for a general idea of they might say.

As for DLC, you only have to repatch Reipatcher if it installs a new Assembly-CSharp.dll file. Most all DLC doesn't do this, but version updates and expansions do.

Oddly enough, Act 3 released today without a new patch, which means that installing it shouldn't break too much.

1.45 updates the UI and breaks the English UI. To fix it, first go to "CM3D2\UnityInjector\Config\Assets\Translation" and replace these three files:

They came from Hongfire. The file names must all be the same for the fix to work. Just delete the old ones and add the new ones.

There may be some other ones that are also broken. It's being worked on. Act 3 is less than a week old and people are fixing it within days. It really is wonderful.

I'm not sure if I can help you as you'd like, but for special hair color combinations like hers there should be an extra color that pops up among the prefab colors.

Pic related is part of the color options with the Emilia (Reee: Zero) mod installed, as you can see there's an extra circle (grey with purple "EMT" text) that has been added. Look for something similar for your Ryuko mod. If it doesn't appear immediately, select her hairstyle first.

Removing Sybaris is pretty easy. Just delete opengl32.dll and the Sybaris folder.

That's pretty much it. You can backup it's contents if you want or do a fake removal by just changing the folder name.

It could just be that you need the latest version of Sybaris.

The breasts aren't as defined if you make your maid flat. I tried to play a while with the boob sliders in modslider and I just couldn't make it look as good as the guy in that screen. Maybe I am just shit at it, the boob sliders are a bit tricky, especially if you're trying to make it look good from all angles.

Yeah, it's such a pain to look for mods for this game. Just yesterday I was trying to find a briefcase mod, I've seen being used by some guy a lot, finally managed to find it by searching with a google translated keyword and found out that the modder deleted all of his shit.

Tried that a while back and it didn't work for me too, so it's probably impossible right now as Sybaris with ReiPatcher stopped working in the current version, unless you do some weird shit I found, but I am not sure if that won't cause more problems.
In case you're wondering what I did, I just patched the game with only ReiPatcher without Sybaris (ie. throwing all the files it requires back to the original folders), then pathing that patched file with Sybaris (running the .bat that makes Sybaris with ReiPatcher work).

Loading scenes can be really finicky at times. It's especially finicky if you're using sliders for maid's viewpoint or custom poses. Then it doesn't save commas in messages written in the message box. I think it's because internally it uses commas to separate save data so it just ignores them when saving.

Now that Act 3's out we should be getting a new version of Multiple Maids this month.

I posted this in /vg/'s /hgg/ yesterday but I'll ask here as well just in case.

I installed meidos following the instructions in the pastebin(http://pastebin.com/0CvG5Kfc) to the letter and I can't get past this screen. The cat goes away after a click but this screen doesn't. I still hear the jingle every time I click but there's no music or anything. No crashes or errors either. The game version is 1.45 and I'm using the Locale Emulator mentioned in the pastebin. I even reinstalled the game using a different .iso just in case but it didn't change anything.

Are you trying to run the x64 bit version of the game? The locale emulator in the pastebin doesn't support x64 applications. But I guess the game wouldn't even start in that case, but I don't know.

Also how exactly did you install the game? Did you get just the base game installs, or one of the all-in-one packs? Did you install the HF patch? And so on.

I'm running x86 since that's what the pastebin suggested. And you're right, running x64 just results in an error. As for the installation I did everything exactly like in the pastebin.
1) Installed the game using the two .iso files
2) Updated from 1.00 to 1.12 using the patch.
3) Updated from 1.12 to 1.45 using the x86 version of the patch
Haven't done anything else yet since I figured that if the game doesn't work before all the DLC and mods it probably isn't going to work after those either.

I searched the /vg/ archive and apparently some other people also ran into this issue and someone managed to solve it by installing the HF patch, but this is my first time installing and my understanding is that the HF patch is supposed to come after everything else. I've also considered trying AppLocale instead of the Locale Emulator or even setting my system to Japanese to try the x64 version, but I'm not sure those would help since I'm not getting any errors.

Maybe try to see if you have multiple/messed up versions of the mods MaleUncensor and manTNP in your Sybaris/Gamedata/ folder.

I did a fresh install with the latest patch and Sybaris All In One, had to turn off mosaic with F1 and had a smarties tube dick male model.

I copied those mod folders from one of my abandoned hongfire patched game directory backups and it's working fine now.

Does anyone have an installation guide for dummies for this game?

It gets a little frustrating seemingly every single time I add on DLC it crashes so I have to constantly back it up, so I'd like to know if there's a clean install guide so I know I'm at least starting with a functional vanilla version.

Haven't played the game but heard that the foot licking skills have the maid lick the player's feet. Is there any way of reversing this through mods (swapping the models, adding new skills, etc.)?

I found the skin mod he's using and tried playing around with the PostEffect plugin, but I'm not getting anything that looks similar to some of the pictures he has on his twitter.

Do you happen to know the specific settings you're supposed to change to get those results?

Not the exact variables, but there's some common settings being used here.

For one he's using a fair amount of bloom. There's also desaturated colors. Their shadows are also cranked all the way up in MultipleMaids.

See the walls in the stage? Those walls are normally white. They definitely have yellow color filter turned on. The stage's brightness is also high.

By the sharp outlines on her skin I see that they're using the Contrast setting in PostEffect also.

Anyways, to achieve a similar effect try adjusting the PostEffect settings for ColorCurves, Contrast, and Bloom.

Combine that with MultipleMaid's settings for Blur and change the BG settings so that Shadow is low and Brightness is slightly above normal. You can also change the X and Y variables for light to make certain shadows on the body stand out a little more.

From there it's just a matter of adjusting color curves though I think twintototo didn't change them too much to begin with.

I'm not sure if it's the because the HF patch is behind quite a bit, but when I tried to run the vanilla version of the game with it (version 1.46 I think), I run into this error message with NTLEA. I'm not super familiar with code so anyone who can tell me how I fucked up would be greatly appreciated.

Part of me wants to say it's something with the install location or how I start it up, but the last time I remember playing it I remember using the x86 NTLEA launcher.

By using NTLEA and installing Hongfire Patch.

Both of those will continue to give you errors not by themselves, but by how they'll continue to conflict with everything else.

By the looks of your error window Mod Priority Patcher failed as it was being patched to Assembly-CSharp.dll. This could be for a number of reasons, like using NTLEA or because the plugin is incompatible with Unity 5 or because the wrong patcher .bat was used or--Fuck man, it's an obsolete plugin that's no longer needed. Actually, everything in the Hongfire Patch is now obsolete.

The best setup for a new install of CM3D2 now is to use the Sybaris AIO with TranslationPlus.

You just...Download Sybaris AIO and drag and drop that shit into the root folder.

And then just place translation files from either Hongfire(there's lots of new ones spread out across threads) or the patch into "\CM3D2\Sybaris\Plugins\UnityInjector\Config\".

Do it correctly and you'll have all of the benefits of the Hongfire patch with none of the bullshit. You can also choose to spend more time troubleshooting locale emulators, but if you switch to a Japanese locale you don't have to deal with that shit either.

And so far going from 1.12 to the latest patch just kills my game altogether so I have to uninstall and clean install so I haven't even been able to worry about the TL at this point.

The folder where the game's files are. "root" means the topmost folder.

You must be using a really old download.

Before updating run the game to check what version it is. Then check the place you downloaded it from to see if you have the x86 or x64 version.

You can't perform a proper update without first knowing that. The game downloads in the pastebin are version 1.30 and x64 IIRC.
