It depends on whether you're talking doujins, tankoubons, or magazines. Sometimes "digital" just means scans that are sold digitally.

If we're talking "true" digital as in the thing was originally drawn on a computer, you'll find that aside from the usual difference in colour and clarity, there are no redraws or extra pages. Some doujin authors bundle online bonus books with physical purchases of their works, but that's about it. Some digital tankoubons have a few pages that are coloured in as opposed to black and white in the physical copy, but that's not very common.

If anything, you're more likely to see more censorship on digital versions of older tankoubons because they use mosaic censorship which is usually worse than thin bars. Digital tankoubons and magazines can also have fewer pages sometimes because they omit stuff like advertisements which I personally find interesting to see.

Also, since the Japanese are strangely retarded sometimes when it comes to technology, sometimes the digital scan will be at a worse resolution than gaijin-backed physical scans.

The main issue seems to be its error handling. Whenever someone complains that their account got deleted, it's because the plugin is incorrectly saying that the account doesn't exist, when really something else is causing the issue. There may have also been issues with it automatically retrying/reloading something causing users to get temporarily banned.
I've used the plugin, the cookie editing, and the 'just log in' methods, and they all work for me on my computer and on my phone.
Also, people who come here complaining that they can't access sad panda are often using the plugin. That's just a correlation though; could be that retards who would fail at any method tend to try using the plugin instead of the other options.
