As the writer, I wanted to do something like this. Unfortunately however, I am shit at programming, so there wouldn't "dating sim" elements, like grinding "affection" points or raising stats, so it would be more like a visual novel like Katawa Shoujo with choices and a linear path. When it comes to Persona-H, Mosbles was more interested in keeping it close to our "Hentai Webtease" roots by having it be short, primarily about the sex acts themselves and have "You, the player," be the main character instead of one of the main characters like Yu. So, a deeper story and dating sim elements might not be added to Persona H, but possibly added to future games we work on! But I don't want to get too far ahead of myself or promise anything.

Honestly though, Marie is such a shit character. She has literally no personality in the game she premiered in, plays no part in Persona Q or Persona Ultimax, and even when you complete her dungeon in Persona 4 Golden it isn't explained what her powers actually are, what her personality is, or what she even fucking does, besides cheapen and recon the ending to the original Persona 4.

The only good part about Marie, the only part that actually shows any character traits or even hints of personality, are her sprites and animations in Persona 4 Ultimax. The way she lazily steps forward and back, the way she pulls random items out of her magic bag or uses her hat to attack, as well as using rain clouds and weather is something that is SO "Persona 4", but you won't find that in the original game she fucking premiered in. In that game, she is a mumbling nobody who doesn't show any character, and I bet she's the same in the "Golden" animation too.

Fuck Ultimax. It's a fun fighting game, but god damn did they fucking shit all over the story of Arena, which was much better.

Ironic that a character like Marie, designed in retrospect of Persona 4, seemed to convey literally nothing about "Persona 4" as a whole. A character in a fucking PERSONA game doesn't have a PERSONAlity. End of my blog.

Well, I think this was obvious enough but I'll just say it to make sure, this is a fun project we are doing for free in our spare time, sure, we'd like to make regular updates, but sometimes we're not in the mood/have other stuff going on and Persona H gets delayed in priority. Right now I'm making Yukari's CG set, which is taking longer than usual because there's a lot of edits and also because Zelda just came out.

Thanks to you guys that keep bumping the thread and explaining other anons that we might take a while to release content.

Don't worry, Yukari's update IS coming out soon, I can't give you more details since I don't want to give you false promises, it's not ready yet, so we'll keep working on it.

I've said this in the blog but I'll say it again too just to make sure, this update took a long time to develop because both Friender and me have been pretty burnt up about this project lately, for me, especially, it is because I want to work on smaller projects like: >>4569373

Small, interactive VNs more in the line of what I used to do before PH, it allows for a great variety of characters and scenarios, and really not at all time consuming to make, I could put up small stories like this in a week or so.

I've been working exclusively on this project for so long, I've been tempted to go out of my way to make two projects at the same time, or dropping PH in favor of something else, but aside for a couple commissions and artworks, PH has been my only porn project for the past 8 months (without counting Aigis and Fuuka's scenes)

Now, don't get me wrong, there's more Persona porn coming, especially now that P5 is out, but it will be considered extra content for PH or be delivered in an entire different .exe

Anyway, I'm still just thinking about all of this, for now, enjoy the update and let us know what you think!
