Candy and /koe/ guy has made a storage server dedicated to backup/upload voice works within' it.

The storage space for the server is currently 512 GB big and requires a sFTP client in order to connect and download/upload (such as FileZilla, WinSCP etc.). Downloaders are able to just connect and download. As for uploaders who wish to contribute something... hop into the Discord server. Go to #verification and ask for permission. Candy and /koe/ guy will be sitting there and talk with you. This is to prevent from random people to just join and fill the server up with random crap.

You can also visit voice.station.moe in order to check if a certain voice work has been uploaded or not. If you wanna check a full listing of what's been uploaded, connect to the sFTP instead or search "RJ" at voice.station.moe for
most of the DLSite's stuff. All informations regarding about what username, password, host address etc. and how to get permission to upload stuff, can be found at the FAQ page. Click on the image in order to see the url for the FAQ.

In terms of sound effects: really soft voices, whispering, singing and rain. I came across RJ136105 the other day, which fits all those criteria, and really enjoyed it. Of course you also purchase it because it has genres that fit your tastes. However I think the image is still important because it's what you're basing most of the things happening in your head around. If the art is bad, you might as well come up with your own character and that might break some people immersion.

The covers don't matter to me for all-ages stuff, but I'd be lying if I said especially lewd covers on the R18 didn't get priority listening for me. When you're horny, the image of the futa loli covered head to toe in jizz is going to naturally catch your eye over the girl with just her tits out.

I haven't found a ton of them, sadly. Off the top of my head, RJ179123 has a little bit of humming in it, and is overall diabetes-inducingly adorable. RJ141480 has some nice singing/shamisen playing. It's not really the main feature of either of those, however. Probably 30 seconds or so on the first, and a few minutes on the latter.

To cut the story short, I have difficulties with baidu. The link in the op, takes ~3 to 5 minutes to load, and then I can't even enter the folder.

Trying to download a file manually, doesn't give me any link after ~15 minutes of loading, and jdownloader, isn't connecting either, stating "host offline?", retrying for a few seconds and circling back to assuming the host to be offline.
After over half an hour of that, it finally has found some success, and now loads at ~ 500 b/s to 3 kb/s.

I'm clueless here, as my connection to everything else, is more than passable. Is baidu semi-blocked in europe, or something?

I'm searching for an audio, that I've listened to a couple of times on youtube ~ 1 year ago. I have problems finding it again, but due to its unique nature, I have high hopes some friendly anon in this thread can get me on track.

It seems to be a two-part work, with two childhood-friends vying for the listener. One of them, plays a "bag" game with you. Putting a bag over your head, rustling it, and letting you guess what kind of bag it is. Hella comfy.
The other girl, is a tsundere, and helps you with studying - while insulting you non-stop.

In the second part of the audio, those two girls meet each other (dere girl getting comes to you drenched due to rain, and afterwards both of you need to take a shower or something). Soon, tsundere girl joins, and both proceed to pamper you at the same time. (With dere girl being a real bro, and making herself scare after riling up the tsundere girl). Real nice. Real nice. HVBD: I think we need a "pack" or "colection" tag for works that are collections of other works. Or just not put them in the DB, they don't really add anything. Can't add tags myself, or don't know how to do so.
