A tip from me: Once you triggered the anal scene in chapter 3/4, go back to chapter 2. Keep clicking her anus, eventually she will allow it and voila! That's exactly it. Didn't have prior knowledge for how unity packed texture files. Having a huge uncensor mod is inelegant, but hey it works.

You're only actually replacing a little chunk of data, but because there isn't a tool to simply swap it out you end up with having to replace the whole file.

There's sound banks for both characters as well as mood values. Though mood is more of a flag of "what can I select in /h/" rather than "how am I feeling". Miconisomi has a habit of hardcoding their scenes, so I wouldn't expect flexibility.
Though you never know, given the sound banks you could probably swap out one set of responses for another, though the visuals (expressions) won't match up due to the way animations are played.
