The answer is Honey Select allows us to create our own girls and scenes which we can there after share. So unlike most hentai that's posted here Honey select is constantly generating new images, with some repeating. This fills boards up quickly.

So on the advice from an anon here I ended up doing a completely fresh reinstall with all the updates, DLC and just the translation and I'm still getting this bug

Any ideas? It's just soft locked like this and the only thing I can do is alt+F4 out of it.

Next, after fresh install do not install anything, run game, if it works start install plugins mods like GG/ WS e.t.c. first, run game, check if it's works. Then install few mods first and keep track w/e file it's over write.
