While sure, it'll be a while before we get another TF update since Ray is currently without permanent residence (and more importantly, reliable internet) in Japan, I wonder if we'll last a whole thread without one.

Basically, wondering how much trouble not listing the version number in the OP is going to be over the course of these 300+ posts.

I was thinking, why TL patch does not include custom clothes already? I mean the ones found on Twitter: sukumizu, bunnysuit, halloween costumes.

They are not a cumbersome thing to mantain like the Santa dress (that was before the whole system and templates were in place), and they're even disabled by default (you have to say "custom clothes"), keeping the TL-patch's "vanilla spirit".

(I even created a zip with them, that I just extract right after patching every new version and could be trivially added...)

The translation patch is just the translation, nothing else. That's the whole point. Want mods? Get the modpatch. It's that simple.

Want the longer answer? Because I don't have time to pay attention to twitter and check through all the TF shit to see what clothes have been made, because eventually you'll end up having to make a decision as to which outfits to keep since there are only 10 slots.

That's not my job, that's the job of each individual player. I'm not going to tell you how to play the game, I'm just going to let you play it. Anything more than that is up to you.

I'm at 206 lust and I tried to unlock a "low" scene (go to the forest while wearing frilly clothes) and nothing happened, but none of the "medium" scenes worked wither.

Here's the result for you (starting from the correct original).

How do I transfer my save to 1.7.2 from 1.14? Seems the save file structure is now different where 1.14 would save on the appdata/local folder it now has its own .sav file in newer updates. The README!!!!!!!.txt file doesn't seem to help much other than pointing me in the direction of the old save folder.

I'd been waiting for the english translation patch to catch up to the most recent update before I started again...

Got it, had to grab a copy of 1.1.6 which still points at the older save folder apparently and then creates a save in the game folder that I transferred over to the 1.7.2 folder.

Way back when, the game used a folder in AppData. 1.16, as anon found out, had a 'transfer' function built-in that changed it to internal storage. Anon could have, however, simply gone into the folder specified, grabbed the .sav file, then moved it into the folder with 1.7.2 and used the update process.

The patches provided in these threads DON'T update the game version, they just add translation (and in the case of the modpatch, some other extra stuff). You need to have the base game with the same version as the patch in order for it to work.

Intimacy is a grind, but the best method to increase intimacy once you're in the 'free' gameplay is to have sex with her in the forest, and you'll get the most out of it if she's super lusty (so you always get the third scene, and so that you're most likely to trigger said scene). I need help on getting passed the sickness leading to instant death. I read the replies in this thread and mirrored what was said to do, but she still ends up dying. Here's what I do:
1st choice - Give her same meal as me
2nd choice - I would never do something like that
3rd choice - I tried both between letting her do simple cleaning and ignoring her
4th choice - take her to town; choose pancakes
During leisure time, all I do is pat her head, until the option to go to town appears, which I then take her to the cafe every afternoon to give her pancakes, then give more head patting till the next day where the cycle repeats. Her affection is over 100 by the time she gets sick and dies.

Well, that fixed it. I kinda expected the trial version to be the same as the full just with a code or something! If you're at the nightmare scene and suddenly the shopkeeper appears and the text is untranslated, it's most likely the trial version of the game conflicting with patches.

The trial is just a trial. It ends, and in fact has a bit at the end of the first sequence that tells you to buy the full game if you like what you saw so far.

You cannot 'upgrade' the trial to a full version by using a translation or mod patch, and the translation or mod patch are not compatible with the trial due to some trial-specific changes.
