It's actually working pretty well, since her side bangs are exactly the length of the longest side bangs bones available. The front bang is working pretty well too.

The problem will be the pig tails she has. There's no pig tails with the tail bones that high, so in the worst situation, they might have to be static. We'll see.

I just learned that whatever material you apply on the model it doesn't really matter, because it conserves the material output it got when you export the model from Blender/3Dsmax.

No, you see, when you export from Blender, the material sure stays in the FBX, but SB3UGUI ignores it. I think your problem has to do with the mesh renderer attributes. If you've added new frames, check the original meshes attributes, and set the new ones to be the same.

I know a way. Instead of using the 2 braided back hair, use a short back hair. Then use 2 braid accessories. You can rotate them so that they will fall on the front of the character whenever the character is refreshed. Heres an example:
