Very easy, you pick a base pose and modify to suit your taste. Since the model is already rigged you get these points which let you move and rotate the body parts around.

Hey guys, can someone tell me if everything is as it should be -
1. I downloaded the pastebin mega.nz game.
2. Installed it and applied the honey_03_plus1014n update
3. Extracted the translation folders in the game's root dir. There wasn't any of the files that I am supposed to delete, as its said in the pastebin.
4. Installed the DLCs.
5. The game runs fine, the innitsettings.exe runs OK but its in japanese is this how its supposed to be?
Also some of the loading screens and just a bit of the created char dialog is in jap (it only happened once tho). Everything major is in english except the tutorial loading screens but thats intended i guess. But this is how the whole installation process should be right?
The game is censored btw, there was'n an uncensor patch in the pastebin.

You should install all the updates and dlc's that came with the torrent.
The translations are partial so you installed them correctly.
Uncensors are found at HongFire but I can't link them since it's down for me right now.

I didn't used the torrent, I downloaded the mega.nz one, but I believe its the same.

Btw the update that comes with the main archive of the game (thats also in the torrent) says 0909, assuming thats the day and the month it was released, and the one in the pastebin says 1014, meaning its newer. So thanks for clearing up about the translations! I guess I should go modding^^

Here is my stab at it. Couple of things:
-Don't use Type B faces unless you want to create western-type characters, or horrendous, monstrous abominations like that Angel-anon. Poor, deluded soul.
-Afaik Casca doesn't have freckles, so idk what that was all about.
-Changed the skin tone to something closer to Miura's paintings, if you liked yours, values are 18/24/59
-She's not that buff, rather, lithe.
-Noses are weird in this editor, so I tried to make it similar to Miura's style but I don't think it's entirely possible without looking weird in 3D.

Actually no madder what it will always be shiny, if you turn off everything. Its weird. Even object floors are crazy shiny. If you want to make a room it needs to be set as room from the room dropdown then it looks like how it should.
