Dozo. Wow, the movements come out pretty weird.

What I do is split the filmstrip with Irfanview (Options -> Export Image Tiles), drag-and-drop the frame files into UnFREEz to make a single-speed gif, then tweak the framerates with MS Gif Animator. The filesize could probably be optimized further with a program that made unchanging parts transparent in each frame, but I haven't found a nice program for that yet.
