Hey anon, had the exact same issue as it wasn't being thoroughly described.

You need to let it walk forward with its arms out, don't rush past it. At a certain point it will stop, and then turn around. At this point, you turn into a rock.

Rinse and repeat until you can bunny jump onto a platform and move forward.

It's not that hard, did it on my first try and got caught like 2-3 times only
start the fight, run towards one edge all the way, hit her when she stops
run past her towards the other edge and keep running till you hear like 3 jumps and stop to let her catch up a bit and be ready to run a bit more for the last two jumps
