Here we go again, it's October and you know what that means, Halloween will be here shortly! So here's my obligatory Halloween HMV encouragement post.
Halloween is the best opportunity anyone has at making a holiday themed HMV because of the subject matter. Great stuff, man. I've gone over previously about how some HMVs focus more on mood than pure fap-to-the-beat energy, and both of these are solid examples of the former. The edits line up with lyrics in clever ways, the scenes fit the tone in and out of context, and the climaxes are drawn out rather than focused on a single moment; a plateau rather than a peak. It emphasizes the scene as a whole rather than the rhythm of it - hentai minus the chaff, basically. The 3:10-3:38 mark in the second one is particularly enjoyable, a breather to highlight the lyrics and emphasize the scenes so far before the finale.

Hardly the only way to make one, of course, but yours have done that consistently well, and I always enjoy checking out your work. Thanks for the shows, Caster!

It's a standard h264 video track, and a standard 48Khz MP3 audio track... Don't see how anything would have issues with that - not even the dreaded VLC. (MPC-HC+SVP+MadVR myself.)

Others had issues too, when he re-rendered his other HMV uncompressed i had no issues then. I never usually have that audio problem.

Ill look into the sound card thing but i use sony vegas. If he does too i have had times where i rendered a video and it acted weird where the audio skipped or never worked. When i re-render it, it fixed that problem. I learned this from youtube about it. Im unsure if this is/was the same problem.

Its a audio codec issue. I downloaded the file to test it on my android tablet and the audio was fucked up too.

Though the Brandished parts seemed a bit too bright and 'glowy'. (There's some word for this that I am aware exists but I can't remember that at all right now)

Depends what you mean by that. If you mean anime that really heavy on the echi while not being outright hentai I've done two though not for those anime. I've done one for Monster Musume and one for Shinmai Maou no Testament.

This was freaking great, good job.

Was worried halfway through that you might've missed that 76/Mercy riding scene. Glad you included it (though I would've wanted another of those "flickering" transitions between the normal and witch version for that).

Overall, great PMV, solid 9/10, even if it's unfortunately kind of on the wrong board, but eh, not like anyone really cares.

I've never made any HMVs with metroid. I don't believe any of my content is in this main folder anyways. All my stuff I've uploaded personally onto mega.nz and Pornhub. My username is LordFappington if you want anything else I've made, but I don't have many HMVs, planning on doing more of them once I get more source material that isn't subbed or garbage quality.

Thanks, I was thinking of doing that but there weren't really anymore "clapping" sequences after the second one if I remember correctly. Maybe I'll make an alternate version when I get the time.

I wasn't really sure which board to post it in, I just knew I've seen some SFM stuff in the same threads and in the main HMV folder thing, so I thought some people would enjoy it here.
