Can someone decensor this? If I'm not mistaken, it should be as simple as lightening the area the heart covers to match everything else, given that the censor is transparent. I'm really shit with editing, though, and I don't even have anything beyond Paint on this computer.

If you want to make it more interesting, remove the pubic hair and maybe add a clitoris ring. Totally optional, though.

If I could make one recommendation, it's that the artist didn't really finish his linework, so going over those in black or changing the contrast in photoshop might help, that or just lose the lines under the color, I've seen that and done well also. It's better off to just go for it and ask for feedback.
Otherwise it's pretty much:
Take lineart, put on top layer. Set blend mode to multiply, paint underneath.
That covers 80% of content. For content with heavy grey tones, use overlay on a layer above lineart.

If I want to remove the dots I'd just erase unless it's too tedious or there is a gradient. In which case overdrawing might be easier I can just freehand or select the parts I want to fill in.

Relining is the true "solution", but that takes a long time if you want to retain the nuance of the art. Highly stylised stuff is downright impossible.
Manually erasing is about your best bet if you want to return to civilisation in reasonable time.
A common halfway solution is to create a duplicate of all colour layers, flatten it, blur it, set blend mode to overlay at a lower opacity, and stick it over the lineart. The overlay blend causes it to apply to the lineart moreso than the fills. You can clip it to the lineart and experiment with blendmodes and opacity to get your desired balance.

Some people are into hair. Calling it natural isn't very convincing, armpit hair and hell even hair on your feet is natural, doesn't mean everyone wants to see it.
I'm sure people have a long nail fetish, that's a natural bodily growth too.

A. Make the same feature request repeatedly.
B. Hijack other people's deliveries with your own fetishes.
C. Complain that multiple versions of every delivery should exist.
Then you're an asshole, simple as that.

Pros and cons to your approach.
On the plus side, the relined art is way cleaner and allows truer fills to show through without screentones screwing them up.
On the down side, that's going to take forever lol. Like as far as tips go, you're not going to be able to speed things up much at all. Relining is a slow process, especially if you're trying to add fills afterwards. Good luck, way more patience than me.

There is some kind of aliasing going on with that character's right eyebrow, not sure if that's a compression artefact or what.
