After I finished this series I was left with a feeling of emptiness inside me because I was sufferig from withdrawal. When you watch something that's in a league of it's own, only to see it end, you can't help but be disappointed knowing that it won't get any more episodes. The VN was ridiculously long so they could have easily made like twelve episodes, but the trend in hentai is usually two to four episodes so we never got more than four. I'm assuming most hentai series only get two to four episodes max because of the company's budget, but I feel like if they're going to animate a VN as long as Kuroinu, they should go all the way.

Kuroinu is easily one of the most popular hentai in the last few years, so I'm assuming they could've made more episodes if they got enough sales. I'm going to be repeating myself a little bit here. Let's say the usual trend of hentai is to make two to four hentai episodes. Why is it that the hentai Oni Chichi got over 10 episodes? Keep in mind Oni Chichi is made up of multiple different series, but at the end of the day it's the longest running hentai we all know of. Maybe the "loli" community is more popular than the "hardcore rape" community? I'm not really sure. But whenever I go on 4chan, there's usually a thread related to Kuroinu, but I never see anybody talk about Oni Chichi. Anyhow, I could rant about this all day, but it won't make my dreams come true. When you see a hentai that is so well executed, even though it could've been better, you can't stop yourself from getting irritated or annoyed at the fact that it had to end.

You could play as Volt trying to expand his little kingdom and win Origa over, you could even conquer Celestine and force her as your 2nd wife.

And being the king of a mid sized kingdom is better than being a mercenary on the run, he could have married both Celestine and Origa if he wanted, fathered a new lineage of kings and queens, and it would have made more sense than what we got.

Playing a crusaders kings hentai game where you must protect your kingdom and fight for land would be fun, and Celestine could serve as the end boss, since she is mostly immortal, even If Volt died of old age you could keep the game going as his son and capture Celestine one day.

I dont disapprove of your desire for hentais more focused on story and character development, but the truth is that the more you write, the longer the scenes are, the more art you will have to create, and the more voice lines will have to be voiced for the girls, and thats add up.

In the end hentai is still business, when creating the next game you have to take the cost of everything in consideration, some of those hentai novels are already pretty big with multiple scenes for each girl, if you add multiple endings where the girls must have their lines spoken, and new art, the cost is going to be simply too high in this age of uncontrollable piracy.

Hentai is not exactly pulling big numbers in sales, add piracy, the fact that almost everyone never wants to pay for porn, and taking risks in creation of visual novels can be fatal, two studios that used to write good content in the way I liked closed the doors years ago because the sales were not good enough.

I dont mind new content, both vanilla and hardcore being created, anything goes as long it keeps the studio from being closed for lack of money.
