Well, just fyi those examples tend to look pretty weak in motion, @oz's stuff is just mediocre at best, micronomi is in-engine so the models are relatively low-poly and the animations aren't exectional (the biggest plus of their stuff is customization) and I haven't seen the nurse one so I can't speak for it. The recs I gave you are rec'd cos they have godlike animation and are pre-rendered video so yeah it autoplays.

So what can I use to convert DeviLove's SWF files to mp4 or any other video format? Google's only giving me those shitty paid shovelware.

Sorry about that, first time hacking unity. That's what I get for not testing more extensively.
At first I was looking through the textures for whatever was attached to the mosaic object but turns out the censoring is actually done by a special shader (fucking japanese unity comes with a "mosaic field" shader). Breaking it or changing its size before repacking just turns dick pink like you saw.
Ended up sifting through dll's and discovered that the dick censor object is called MANM. Just added a <renderer>.enabled = false statement to start() on what looked to be the largest script in the unity assembly and recompiled. The vagina censoring is probably also just due to some object, try disabling the renderer for all objects with "girl" in the name. I'll work on this more when I get home from work if you guys haven't figured it out by then.
