What is the title of this show/manga???

It's a game and you shouldn't play the netgame version. The Taimanin series is good, but do NOT play battle arena. Go play Asagi, Yukikaze, go watch the animated adaptations, whatever, just don't play Battle Arena.

You're better off using TABAViewer or looking at the images on danbooru. To get scenes you need to get the random draw cards and upgrade them to max level.
To get the good weekly event cards you need to be in the top 2000-4000 players depending on the event. Depending on the event type, if it's the PvP event, that might require you to wake up every 2 hours to use your 6 battle points, then go to sleep again, wake up, use, sleep, or make a bot like I did.
To get the good random draw cards you need extreme luck with the low droprates and cards often being for that time only, like the Prison Battleship cards.
