Sci-fi with bizarre aliens who have crazy genitals

I'm such an enormous faggot that aliens break my suspension of disbelief if they're anything close to earth lifeforms (don't get me wrong I fucking loved aliens when I was a kid and was obsessed with them but I kinda ruined it for myself forever).

I really love SCIENCE FICTION as a setting, because it's pretty much the only place that transhumanism and torture/violence get explored in aspects beyond hurr barbarianism and hurr magical energy ascension and lichdom.

This might just be a fancy name for a mind control fetish, but I absolutely adore the concept of people just being taken apart piece by piece by drugs and emotions in the face of something cold, calculating, and engineered. Like an overstuffed Gattaca scenario, where people have moved on from being obsessed with 'perfect' humans, to being obsessed with more and more specialized and 'trans'-humans. Normal people corralled by a brutally oppressive system, forced to watch their friends corroded by the pleasures and pains of a world that has less and less room for natural human behavior. Nobody really goes far enough for me in a narrative sense, it all seems like a bunch of hogwash that slurps the reader into sex scenes. If people were able to hire more sadistic writers and had more time on their hands, there could be more of a buildup to busting open the door in the underground lab with your friends all getting brainwashed by cyborg tentacle monsters behind it. It might feel a little more brutal. Am I jaded? I'm jaded.

Sorry for rambling, I'll go back to writing my shitty sci-fi hypno stories now.
