EH Plus is probably the best EH userscript around.
Been using it for three years and it is honestly impossible to use without it.

It can group similarly titled galleries (for example, translated and original language content), it highlights tags of your choice and from your tag flagging perk, hides tags (pic is hiding yaoi and shemale tagged galleries) and a bunch of other tweaks.

It has come compatibility issues with newer scripts, like eze and compact search but nothing you can't overcome. Just disable eze on browsing/searching and disable EH Plus in galleries.

Neither HappyPanda nor PandaViewer work in my XP-powered toaster, so I went with Nagru's Manga organizer instead. Any idea why the ratings column shows boxes that don't work properly instead of stars? I thought it was just XP being so old, but even after updating the relevant font (Segoe UI, it seems) to 7's version I still get boxes. Hearts seem to work fine for whatever reason.

By the way, why has it been removed from the spreadsheet?

Not including expunged and missing a few probably for other reasons.
An average I arrived at based on a ~150GB directory of all wani stuff, magazines, chapters, tanks, etc.
I think it should be a decent rough estimate. Magazines continually are growing larger in size. Several are 1GB each while chapters and tanks are increasing in size as well. Older the stuff is, the smaller is size. Then all other sorts of variations. So, it's a rough guide at best.

Many people learned their lesson when megaupload went down. People were using that for a lot of rare/old doujins, scans, their translations, ect. we lost a ton of good shit from that incident. I'd say if something ever does happen, if we(not just /a/ or 4chan either) put all our shit together, I'm willing to bet we could atleast back up more than 2/3 of sadpanda. All being resized is another story because don't think many people even know about the resizes or care. And the addon stopped working. It showed up in the main page, then disappeared in all the rest like it never existed (possibly because it's meant for http and not https so after the initial crash it dies).

I checked the browser history, none of the entries older than an hour was https, it was all http. I know because I was looking for shit from an author from old stuff in sadpanda and I could use both eh plus and ehdownloader without problems.

With smaller addons you can tweak the https switch yourself, but with ehplus I have no idea.

Having the same issue mentioned by a couple other people here - I go to ex's front page, all the links (stylesheets, images, galleries) are HTTPS and nothing loads besides the unstyled page. Links to galleries don't load unless I change the HTTPS to HTTP in the location bar and then they're unstyled too. What's going on?

i have another issue though and just wondering if anyone knows a fix, I have a firefox addon on that highlights links that i already have bookmarked, i used it cause it was a simple way to keep track of the of all the book marks on the site

*On sankakucomplex - Tries to load all pages, dont detect all images, and its REALLY slow

"Danbooru Downloader addon of firefox" - On sankakucomplex it gives the error "error while saving pic"

Nekopaw Grabber - *On sankakucomplex I looked for yuri + age difference (2,042 results), the program tries to load all pages, found only 995 and I have no idea where it saved, even though I set up the folder correctly in the settings.

*On geelbooru it gave the error "login is failed" although I havent put any credentials in there

I use hydrus network to download and store my files because it supports tagging and searching. You can find it in the OP.

The problem you had with Nekopaw on sankakucomplex is a problem with that site in general, because you cannot load all the pages.I find it will only load the first 1,000 images. I don't know why but thats just the way it works.

How I get around this in Hydrus is to modify my search terms using the advance filters, to grab as many images as I can on the pages that will load. for example searching for yuri age_difference will get my around 1,000 images that can be downloaded
Then I can add
yuri age_difference order:popular
or
yuri age_difference order:quality
or as a last resort I can repeatedly use
yuri age_difference order:random

These will allow me to download all the files. The great thing about Hydrus is that it will also filter out the urls that have already been downloaded, I'm not sure if this is the case with Nekopaw or other downloaders.

All of a sudden, my Sadpanda extension stopped working and I don't get a login page on exhentai anymore. I used the extension to get in on incognito mode, so I wouldn't need to use cookies. Anyone know what's up?

eh plus did just that, and it was the absolute best feature in the whole site. Tag flagging perk and eh plus, and you can literally make all the tags you want disappear, up to 30 different tags. Tag flagging perk is 50 haths down the shitter, because it only fades to black the entries you do not want, they're still there.

Do NOT download the 2015 plugin and replace the text inside, it'll fuck some shit up.

Instead, just download the pastebin code as a text document and rename it EH_Plus.user.js (your OS must have "show file extension" ON), then install it. Thanks by the way, as long as it works for sadpanda works it's fine with me.

just figured out how to get the order:id_asc working on sankaku

which is useful for saving your place as the posts won't have slid down to another page by the time you get back

the urls it gives are fucked up, it may show the first couple pages but anything after that it just repeats itself

just increment the page number in the url. make sure the url is not referencing any particular image id like next=25353445, that's part of what breaks it

also, I can view more pages on chrome than in ff without getting 429's. not sure if this will change as I use chrome more

So my plugin doesn't seem to be working anymore. Each time I open it up, I get the sad panda unless I delete my cookies, however I have to delete my cookies every time I reopen my web browser.

How do you guys normally tag your offline collections? The best I've been doing is putting a text file with the same name as the folder in each doujin folder, with tags inside it, and then searching file contents for those tags. But the searching takes a long time, and I have no way of excluding tags from a search.

There are a bunch of programs linked in the OP but there's nothing that explains what any of them do, so I don't know if any of them would be helpful in that regard.

i never actually organize, i just put them into folders named after artists/circles and put them all there because for the most part artists tend to make stuff according to their fetishes

It's probably the program architecture, but I can't seem to get it to just look for folders/file with similiar file name, only works with something like:

I can't get happypanda to fetch metadata without me giving the URL, most of the time it would just give me suggestion of some names that are entirely incorrect. Rarely does it work by itself.
