Honestly? Very heavy-handed and poorly done. Most of the drama is plainly forced. Like, shit not even people in 3rd world countries usually act like this.

There's a dissonance between how we perceive the main character and how other characters perceive her.
The other characters dehumanise her, treat her as an object to further their own desires, be that financial gain, sadistic urges and the like.
So they use her as said object and all the while she's drooling and screaming in pleasure. Later she regrets her choice for doing something stupid.

"I'm going to become a better person."
She has good intentions... at times?
Her internal monologue portrays her as a character with depth, but her actions see her falling back into depravity time and again.

So why is this causing so much hope and disgust within the reader?
We want that internal conflict to resolve positively for her, because it would appear as if her actions are more of a struggle than self indulgence.
Yet every time she returns to her same awful lifestyle it reignites that disappointment that this series is known for.
Truth is, she's an awful person. She does awful things and "earns" her redemption with guilt and reform. If she cannot commit to this reform however, then it's all just there to fuck with the reader.

The character's moral "score" is intentionally swung back and forth between extremes.
The "reality" is way down in depravity along with morality, the occasional visit to "good girl" doesn't earn her any kind of respect or sympathy, it's a cruel trick upon the reader to make us believe that the narrative will develop in a different direction, only to find that old habits die hard.

Other characters treat her like shit, she goes back to them.
If they are psychopaths, then her lack of self respect and common sense are more to blame than the violence and hurt she receives.
It's all fine and well to point at different sources as being the issue, but the main character really is just terrible.

It's an anti-hero tragedy.

This. Is everyone in this manga fucked up? Yes, but this is not the first story you've heard of someone saying they're going to change and then things not really getting better at all.

She didn't need to do all those things in the first place but she made her own choices. No one forced her. Even after wanting to be better, the next chapter she's wallowing in how weak she is and how she needs another hit to take, regardless of what it does to her child. Is it tragic? Yes, but it's still something she chose and ultimately couldn't break away from.

I don't care how unrealistic this h-manga seems. It still was painful and sad to read..

The ONLY thing that this manga needed was a better reason of WHY her friends messed up with her this badly, there's absolutely no reason, if there was a little detail that could connect it would be more believable.

In the end it was a worthy read, it was entertaining somehow.

This is just an excessively dark, edgy, overly dramatic story where events happen in a convenient way to make the reader feel like the world where we live is beyond any help, and is just packed with psychopaths around every corner.

However, the world isn't THAT cruel, and people isn't THAT stupid. The protagonist simply walked through flames all her life, just because she wanted. Hence, she totally reaped what she sow.

If you feel bad reading this story, is solely because you can't understand that everything in this world, in the human history, has been gray. There is no whites and blacks, just grays. And this story showed you just the black. Therefore is pretty unrealistic.

It was okay as fap material for the first few chapters. As a story, it was something that would normally end at chapter 3 or 4, but ShindoL just kept going until it went to saddening then kind of tiring to read. I wouldn't doubt that a few people have gone through similar experiences in the real world, but I don't need to read hentai to know about that. What I realized from it, though, is that fiction can be used to make people see things that they thought was impossible, but is actually within the scope of human experience.
