Not him, but I personally feel he doesn't exploit the extend of possibilities 3D offers as of today in terms of graphical fidelity. Moreover, outside of sex, his animations are blocky. It's not too apparent in sex centric scenes/movies, but in Omega 2 for example, his walking animations were very stiff. That's because he's been using the same 3d program for years ( old version of lightwave) and on the same old ass rendering rig. He was supposed to be working on new stuff ( newer lightwave) during Semen Analysis but things didnt go perfectly and had to go back to the old stuff. Thankfully, he's testing out the new stuff on the next movie and things have been going pretty smoothly. This is also the reason why he delayed the umemaro movie

Yes that's the old ass rig he's used for most of his works. He has a new one but I think something went wrong when he used the newest lightwave during Semen Analysis. So he used the old rig to salvage what he can. Things are looking good at the moment, no big problems so far. We might see some big improvements in future works.

I can only hope for perfection when he finishes the Sugimoto movie ^.^
