Requesting clarification; where does the manga supplement fit in (the random group sex one), in regards to the story timeline?

Was it:

And what are the differences between the manga and novel aside from more sex?

From what I recall reading, Manga Kyouka straight-up remained the only one still having sex until they got the police involved. Her daughters didn't. However, none of them ever got intimate beyond a blowjob with Yuu afterwards.

Novel Kyouka never got the police involved, and she and her daughters all end up slowly falling for their rapists. Yuu is forgotten, and none of them seem to care, turning this from NTR to more of just a general closet slut story.

Is this about right? Is there anything else I'm missing? And which translation is the most accurate? I recall that there were about 2-3 different ones; with dialogue changing between them changing the meaning and reasons for some of their actions. It's mostly as you said. There's two different things: manga and novel, and they vary fairly significantly in tone and plot (particularly plot in the latter parts).

Manga:
- 3 chicks fuck with shota; Yuika implies he's her first. They decide that whomever amongs them first gets preggers will be his legal wife.
- drugged and fucked at beach hotel, first in the massage room then over at the guys' place. All 3 possibly impregnated. All of it is taped.
- Kyouka agrees to see Curly afterwards in exchange for the guys leaving the daughters alone
- none of the girls have penetrative sex with shota again (probably due to trauma).
- some time later Kyouka continues to see Curly at a hotel, having contacted the police, though amazingly for manga, she keeps her wits about her at the very end.
- even later we find that all 3 are preggers and looking for an abortion clinic. Afterwards shota goes to video store and may or may not come across the video of the girls' night at the beach. The guys the video store owner refers to as being arrested may be the rapers.

Novel:
Overall similar with some differences:
- Yuika's far more into masochism and may have done anal with other guys before shota scene
- Girls have sex with shota once at the beach before he falls asleep as in the manga. Here they're already complaining about his tiny dick.
- The girls aren't fucked together but blackmailed individually.
- All 3 girls continue to fuck the guys after returning from their summer break and are slowly broken.
- Yuika continues to fuck shota and may or may not have actively ignored the fact that the contraceptive pill the guys were giving Koharu and Kyouka were placebos.
- Eventually the guys arrange for all 3 girls to have group sex together.
- Kyouka's pregnant in the epilogue but hasn't aborted and has fallen pretty far.
