It sounds balanced, but there's actually more bad endings than good endings. It's not possible to keep your wife for example. You either settle with the one of the other dude or get both of them stolen.
The premise sounds like normal swinging, but it's just NTR at the end of the day.

It was the same with the Kagachi NTR game, by the way. Either you succesfully steal your childhood friend / mother- in-law from your dad, only your wife kucks you or both of them kuck you in different ways.

Love the game, but it's too soft. There should have been NTR and hardcore sex scenes to show the girls are sluts. MC actually felt bad being NTRed (He accepted it since it's the girl's daily life to sleep around). In the ending he had doubts whether the mom is really pregnant with his child.

I don't think the issue is a lack of money or willingness to localize by western companies (like Mangagamer), I think it's a lack of translation talent willing to work on porn. Nukige isn't very difficult to translate and a competent translator can do it fast enough to accept lower wages than typical in the translation business, but if you really want to make a living in translation you don't want to work on porn. I had this problem; I'd tell people I was a freelance translator and the first thing they'd ask is what I worked on. It was always awkward (unless they the otaku type anyway).

Of the few translators that do work on nukige, they're already working for nukige localization companies or they're not skilled enough to be worth hiring.
