I had phimosis from not washing under my foreskin for years (at least I think that was the reason). At some point as a kid my parents stopped telling me to do it and I just forgot. So I had pretty bad phimosis growing up, but in my teens started pulling the foreskin back until I can reliably pull it back over the head.

OP I had phimosis up until I was 17. I just stretched it with my fingers for like 15 minutes each day and it was cured within like 3 or 4 months. My advice is similar to others but comes from a medical standpoint.

The key here is time- you don't want to be thinking about fixing this within a few days- it's weeks and months to ensure no tearing/scarring and an elastic frenulum.

Just a little bit a few times a day, when you go to piss, for example just a gentle pulling back of the foreskin, holding it there and releasing. Do that for ±1 minute or so, or at least so it at least still feels comfortable.

Over time the foreskin will start to become more elastic and eventually will begin 'snapping back' over the glans, which means you're getting there, but to keep at it. (That's where people usually fail is giving up there, assuming it's done.)
