what's the difference between plus and extra strength?

Basic is for a day (or sometimes less as needed for the story). No chance for pregnancy.
Xtra Strength lasts for a month. Pregnancy is possible. Permanent if pregnancy occurs
Plus is permanent from the start. Pregnancy is also possible.
