If you're Using Adobe Premiere, make a project with the dimensions 960x720, import a picture and whatever video(s) you wanna showcase.

You'll have to bring the photo into the timeline and scale it to the size of the project(happens in the upper right-hand window). You'll then have to open your videos and clip out the parts you want to showcase and drop them into the timeline on separate tracks.

each time you import, you'll have to move/resize the clip in the upper-right window to make it fit.

you'll have to do some screwing around and maybe some googling, but I think you can handle it.

Export your video, then upload it to gfycat to convert to webm, then bring it back here. Profit.

Anons, I'm having a small issue I think. So I've followed all the advice in this thread, and I made this, but I feel like the quality is shit. How do I export from Premiere to make it not shit?

Your WEBM is only 650KB in size. In the export settings Premiere uses, I believe, "Constant Quality" as the default encoding method. I use 75% and the WEBMs look fine for me most of the time.

Try upping the quality, but if the file size remains small (for whatever reason) switch to "Variable Bitrate" and set it to something like 3000 for a ten second clip. You can turn on "Use Maximum Render Quality" too, but that increases the encoding time.

In the export settings window Premiere will give you an estimated file size in the bottom left, but that's generally wrong when creating a clip that has "picture in picture".

This last thing is just me being nitpicky, but I prefer to crop the watermarks. Makes the WEBM look cleaner, especially when there's thee of them.
