I had some images to show, but they won't upload.

Easiest way is just to download MX Player if you have an android, then goto the Decoders in settings, and enable every option that has S/W or SW (Software) in it, then open the videos with MX Player (Either save them or on what ever 4chan app you use, if you use one, press the three dots then select open in Browser), make sure that it displays SW or S/W in the titlebar, if not then tap on it and change it.

Hope this in helps in someway, if it still does not play, then that means your device is too old, and/or does not the display resolutions of the videos or as >>8459332 pointed out does not support 60 FPS Video playback

I use an app called mimi for android, which is pretty light and supports webms, without the need for an MX player etc. Give that a try
