If you are trying to view these make sure the left/right eyes are swapped, the original videos are meant to be viewed left eye to left side via a HMD, if you want the depth to be correct when viewing cross-eyed swap the left and right images around. The left side of the image should see slightly less of the left side of the scene if it's configured for cross-eye viewing.

I think it works well enough, and they do look 3d for me. The only issue I have is that if something is too close to the camera during filming, it looks distorted. I'm not into this porn or 3d videogames enough to convince myself to get anything better than just the cardboard.

I cant cross my eyes hard enough to get these to work without standing on the other side of my room, and then it just feels weird because I'm standing at the opposite side of the room jerking off

This isn't VR, it's just stereoscopic. People have been doing that since literally the 1800s. For VR you need at the very least rotational head tracking.

Also, if it works with cross-eyed, it won't work with a viewer and vice versa because the images are reversed.
