With a licensed EMT on standby in case they go into cardiac arrest. Tasers were never meant to be used as a method of subduing a fleeing suspect. As a car person i would just like others to apreciate this webm as much as me.

He lands nose first, and his car doesn't hit the ground again for a good 70 feet. This part of the video is cut off, you see incar for that part. The next camera shot is the second time it hits the ground, again on the nose. This time it landed and flipped FOUR MORE FUCKING TIMES, and landed on its nose again. (kinda tapped the rear bumper on the ground 1/2 of a turn ago but we won't even count that because it didn't seem to alter the car's spin, as if the bumper isn't attached or just barely missed the ground). That's another good 50 FEET of air time off of BOUNCING FROM YOUR FUCKING NOSE. This is how much potential energy is being displayed here. 100+ feet of air AFTER YOU LANDED is fucking insane.
